Our goal is to change the approach to pre-condition and chronic condition care management, to use technology to support health-care providers in improving patients' health outcomes.Job Overview:The Partner Success Associate will work with the Senior Partner Success Manager as well as internal and external stakeholders to complete daily tasks and foster strong clinic partner relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include administrative tasks, requests/assistance from clinics, data-focused support, ongoing management, and maintaining excellent customer service. The Partner Success Associate should be customer oriented, tech-savvy, and possess a deep understanding of Electronic Medical Records. The best candidate for this role is proactive, committed to outcomes, detail oriented and possesses a strong work ethic.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the initial and ongoing implementation of Brook Health products.
  • Administrative tasks including but not limited to: creating daily schedules for our in-clinic staff, uploading reports to the EMR/EHR, flagging Brook-eligible patients in the EMR/EHR, and creating pending orders in the EMR/EHR.
  • Attend meetings with the Partner Success Manager to help in fostering a strong relationship with clinic partners.
  • Complete daily tasks and communication requests/needs from clinic partners.
  • Collaborate with Brook Health Product Team to understand upcoming content and feature releases to incorporate into training and implementation.Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience working within Medical Offices or Healthcare Systems (Primary Care preferred).
  • Extensive experience with multiple EHRs/EMRs (Medent & Allscripts preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a variety of staff members (Physicians, Nurses, Office Managers, etc.) as well as the ability to call, connect and interact directly with customers, including live and virtual presentations.
  • Experience successfully organizing, prioritizing, and managing simultaneous projects.This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from client sites in the Buffalo/Western, NY area.What Makes This Job Amazing:
