What You'll Do:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Solutions Partner to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing multiple Office of the CFO technology systems (e.g., ERP, EPM, Close Management, Budgeting + Forecasting) practices and developing successful go-to-market strategies for a Technology Solutions practice. As a Technology Solutions Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading teams of technology and systems implementation consultants.

Leadership Responsibilities:

We are hiring a Technology Solutions Leader to fulfill a key leadership role within our business and be responsible for owning, growing, and strategically positioning CrossCountry Consulting as an industry leader within the technology solutions space.

· Strategic Vision & Growth : Take full ownership of the Technology Solutions practice. Formulate and drive a growth strategy that aligns with our Core Values, tapping into emerging trends in technology strategy and transformation and ensuring the firm stays at the forefront of the industry.

· Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and nourish team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.Actively contribute to talent acquisition and retention efforts, participating in attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent who embody our core values.

· Client Relations: Build and strengthen executive relationships, ensuring that our solutions are seamlessly integrated and resonate with our client's strategic objectives, meeting and exceeding expectations while delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.

· Operational Excellence: Spearhead the continuous improvement of our technology partnerships, implementation methodologies, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and maintaining excellent quality.

· Business Growth: Build internal relationships to enhance and develop integrated solutions. Drive the expansion of our technology practice through business development efforts, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring sustainable profitability.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities that align with their objectives.

· Design and implement go-to-market strategies, including sales and marketing plans, to promote the Technology Solutions practice and attract new clients.

· Drive efforts to establish and maintain optimized executive-level relationships with CrossCountry's technology partners (current and prospective).

· Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with a high level of quality.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts.

· Advance the practice's strategic direction by proactively monitoring industry trends, identifying emerging opportunities, and articulating impact to clients.

· Collaborate with other practice leaders and executives to drive cross-selling initiatives and promote a culture of innovation and teamwork.

What You'll Bring:

· 15+ years prior leadership experience in technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or partner-level role.

· Proven track record of managing multiple technology partnerships, guiding teams and driving initiatives.

· Proven experience in developing and executing technology practice strategies, including go-to-market plans.

· Strong understanding of technology systems, infrastructure, software development, and cloud solutions.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and stakeholders.

· Established leadership in professional services or a client-centric environment with diverse project management methodologies and a track record of achieving significant growth in staff and revenue.

· Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and develop top-tier talent.

· Proven experience in designing and implementing industry-centric, solution-based delivery models.

· Proficiency in building technology practices, including managing practices and partnerships with the following systems for example: Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, Anaplan, OneStream, and Adaptive.

Education:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

· MBA desired
