- Execute sponsor contractual elements at WellSpan Park.Collaborate with Sales Department, Marketing Department, Ticketing Department and Operations to ensure complete execution for Revolution clients.
- Keep an up-to-date sponsorship inventory of available sponsorship opportunities and report on availability periodically.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with major sponsorship clients through ongoing communication and by facilitating monthly or quarterly account reviews in coordination with Account Executives.
- Supervise the production of sponsor contractual elements, including but not limited to the following: Work with sponsor to secure appropriate artwork and other ad-copy for sponsor advertising; verify sponsor approval on artwork before production; supervise the production and installation of signage at WellSpan Park; supervise the production and placement of print and digital advertisement; supervise the production and execution of other sponsored items such as jerseys and giveaways; work with the Director of Marketing to ensure placement of sponsor logos on appropriate internal and external communications and print for the Revolution; schedule appropriate third-party contractors to execute contractual elements such as installation of signage; and serve as Revolution liaison to our sponsors before, during and after sponsored events take place at WellSpan Park.
- Ongoing documentation for execution of contracts as noted with the Proof of Performance preparation.Documentation should include a system to track as each contract deliverable is fulfilled.This also includes responsibility for photo documentation, digital screen shots and other proof of sponsored elements, and general event elements at WellSpan Park.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department for the in-game execution of sponsored elements.For example: Ensure that client PA-reads are approved by the client and delivered to the video director in a timely manner, all graphics & logos are updated and accurate.
- Prepare and distribute (company-wide) a weekly sponsorship sales summary and conduct periodic meetings (including a pre-season review of all contracts) to ensure outstanding communication of sponsorship deliverables with all departments.
- Assist in the planning and organizing of other events such as the golf tournament, Halloween Parade, and others on an as-needed basis.
- Monitor all outgoing communications such as emails, digital advertising, sales materials, etc. to ensure accurate sponsor representation.
- Provide customer service to all sponsorship clients on game days in coordination with the Account Executives.
- Train, supervise and work closely with the Partnership Activation Intern.
