About the role:As Siena AI's first Partnerships Manager, you'll drive strategic collaboration that amplifies our growth. You will implement, scale and optimise our partnership program, aligning it with company goals while boosting ARR through marketing initiatives with BPOs, key agency and technology partners.Why Siena needs you:
  • Lead partnership strategy: Create and execute Siena AI's partnership program, focusing on increasing revenue through strategic marketing with BPOs, agencies, and tech partners.
  • Build and nurture relationships: Develop strong, long-term partnerships. Manage the entire process from finding leads to closing deals, always aiming for the best return on investment.
  • Drive business growth through partnerships: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate partner products and create joint marketing efforts.
  • Educate on AI in customer experience: Create engaging content like case studies, presentations, and webinars to showcase how Siena's AI improves customer experience.
  • Represent Siena at events: Be the face of Siena at industry events, both in-person and online. Help increase brand awareness and reputation.
  • Improve strategies with data: Use metrics and reports to make informed decisions and continually refine our partnership approach.
  • Expand into new markets: Identify opportunities to grow Siena's business in new industries and regions through strategic partnerships.
Join the team if you:
  • Have 5+ years experience working with strategic tech/ecommerce partners and building GTM relationships with revenue accountability
  • Proven track record of exceeding partner/channel and alliance revenue targets
  • Deep knowledge of the martech landscape, including current innovations and industry-leading strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for clear communication, persuasive negotiation, and fostering strong professional connections
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market insights and make strategic choices based on data
  • Proven track record in management roles, showcasing ability to cultivate talent and create a positive, high-achieving team environment
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 30% of work time) to attend industry events, conferences, and in-person partner meetings
