We believe in sharing our success not only with our employees but also with our greater community and invite you to learn more by applying to our open position!The Parts Administrator position is to support the parts department at our Walton, KY location and provide excellent customer service. This position supports our rental department and provides support for a multitude of heavy equipment brands that run through our rental fleet. Responsibilities include data entry of invoices, stocking parts, distributing parts, inventory, receiving, parts runs, and processing all related paperwork. This position works closely with all branches on parts, our technicians, and our customers. Requirements
  • Create PO's and order parts through the company system based on customer and technician needs
  • Assist with looking up parts for service and customers
  • Assist in adding parts on work orders and pull what is in stock
  • Administration of all payable invoice for payment in a timely manner
  • Package, Pull and distribute parts for service and customers
  • Ensure availability and inventory of parts for a quick turnaround
  • Check-in and appropriately distribute daily parts & stock orders
  • Responsible for returning unused parts and cores, as well as tracking all credits
  • Perform monthly audits on stock inventory on parts by section
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate with KY Parts Manager on inventory levels
  • Load and unload trucks with parts deliveries
  • Keep warehouse neat and in an orderly fashion
  • Make local parts runs as needed
  • Package parts orders to be shipped
  • Work overtime as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to multitask at high level and reprioritize multiple times a day in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read and comprehend parts orders, packing lists, freight bills and parts manuals
  • Prior Heavy Equipment Parts Experience is a plus
  • Versatile to move from one manufacturer of equipment to the next multiple times a day
  • Exceptional communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
  • Basic computer skills for arranging pickups from common shipping companies
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift parts and equipment components that weigh no more than 50 pounds to effectively fill orders - parts and equipment exceeding 50 pounds should be lifted with assistance from other employees or other equipment available
  • Excellent driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
