As a Parts Advisor, you will provide critical parts support to the service center; liaise with other departments, as well as focusing on the continuous development of your skills. - Source parts from Distribution Centers and other Service Center locations and allocate them to vehicle service appointments
- Monitor inventory within the parts system, communicate parts updates and availability with relevant team members
- Review upcoming appointments and ensure they are properly prepared and documented in our system. Prepare internal orders for shipment to other service center locations
- Process and return warranty part shipments for quality assurance including handling hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries
- Systematically receive, inspect, and put away stock and special-order parts
- Escalate parts issues from internal or external suppliers in collaboration with Regional Parts Manager, acting as a point of contact to vendors and giving constructive feedback that will contribute to future improvements
- Pick up and transport parts using van or forklift, engaging third parties when necessary

Expected Compensation - Parts Advisor I - $20.40 - $30.60/hour
- Parts Advisor II - $23.20 - $34.80/hour
- Parts Advisor III - $27.20 - $40.80/hour
- Parts Advisor IV - $32.00 - $48.00/hour
- Lead Parts Advisor - $36.00 - $54.00/hour
