Winnebago Towables has an immediate need for an experienced candidate to fill a Parts Advisor position for our Elkhart, Indiana location.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate part sales and support to Winnebago's dealer and customer base via email and phone.
* Order and track parts for retail, service, and warranty needs
* Engage in continual product training to keep up with industry trends
* Daily use of computer systems to manage inventory and order parts
Qualifications and Experience
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities quickly
* Must have intermediate computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office programs
* Familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts is preferred
* A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
* Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
