We are looking for passionate team members to join our family-focused teamWe have an opportunity for a well-rounded, knowledgeable, organized Parts Assistant to join our team! You will be enthusiastic about owning inventory management, parts operations, and orders. You'll handle everything from interfacing with service technicians to managing our extensive inventory of diesel vehicle parts. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has in-depth product knowledge of vehicle parts. We are looking for the best and the brightest so if you are the best at what you do, we'd love to chat.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that replacement parts inventory is maintained at an appropriate levelIncreasing service department efficiency and customer satisfactionTracking parts budgets to ensure profitManaging the parts inventory levels closely for repair and sales needs without delay based on projected demand and matching cost targetsLeveraging the inventory control systems to record and track part sales and repair workTracking records for parts warrantiesAssisting with promotions, as needed, to increase parts salesOrdering parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the parts department, dealership, and vehicle manufacturersEmploying strong negotiation and communication skills to secure the most competitive price for replacement parts that can yield a profitable ROI when used for repairs or retail salesRequirements for this position include:High School or GED preferredIn-depth comprehension of diesel trucks and equipment parts.Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in related parts and service departments.Knowledge of how inventory systems and/or accounting experience is a plus.Must have the ability to lift up to fifty pounds on a regular basis.Possess strong organization, negotiation and communication skills.A self-starter with initiative and proven willingness to assume ownership of areas of responsibility.Ability to make informed decisions quickly and independently.Promotion of company goals by supporting and implementing changes is imperative.Compensation:Full time hours (Monday - Saturday, 8AM - 5PM)Competitive wagesHealth and dental benefitsVacation PayExceptional work/life balanceInterested candidates should send their resumes to joshua@ or fill out the application form below.Please do NOT apply in person.PLEASE NOTE:Due to the number of applications we receive, only qualified candidates will be contacted.Apply NowThank you for showing interest in joining our team at TVA Repair.#J-18808-Ljbffr
