  • Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable Counter Staff
    • Scheduling Staffing
    • Coordinate Training
    • Assist with Logistics & Transportation Issues
    • Manage Warehouse organization, cleanliness and inventory obsolescence
  • Body Shop Parts
    • Lead resource for Body Shop Parts Acquisition & cost management
    • Attend daily Body Shop Production Meeting & provide parts input
  • Parts Sourcing
    • Locate routine and hard-to-find parts efficiently and balance quick customer turnaround and gross margin maximization.
  • Warehouse Management
    • Maintain Warehouse efficiency and minimize obsolescence
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Warehouse Management or Collision Estimating experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent,
  • Technical Reading & Analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and operate computer parts catalogs
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to serve and improve
  • Ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
