- Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable Counter Staff
- Scheduling Staffing
- Coordinate Training
- Assist with Logistics & Transportation Issues
- Manage Warehouse organization, cleanliness and inventory obsolescence
- Body Shop Parts
- Lead resource for Body Shop Parts Acquisition & cost management
- Attend daily Body Shop Production Meeting & provide parts input
- Parts Sourcing
- Locate routine and hard-to-find parts efficiently and balance quick customer turnaround and gross margin maximization.
- Warehouse Management
- Maintain Warehouse efficiency and minimize obsolescence
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Warehouse Management or Collision Estimating experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Technical Reading & Analytical skills
- Ability to learn and operate computer parts catalogs
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to serve and improve
- Ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
