We're currently seeking a Parts Counter/Warehouse Clerk.The Parts Counter/Warehouse Clerk's primary role is creating and maintaining a strong relationship between the company and the customer. Responsibilities: Performs daily cycle countsCompletes unsupervised accurate part number research, using parts manuals, schematics, and various written materialConducts daily safety observations Handles all types of customer parts phone inquiries in a diplomatic, friendly and businesslike mannerAbility to pick, pack, and ship parts in a timely and accurate manner (must be able to lift 50 lbs.)Performs daily, weekly, and monthly inspectionsControls, documents and implements safety programsAccurately invoice customersManages the purchase order process and complies with all corporate policies and proceduresMaintains customer order records for on-time processing, shipping, and billingMonitors and acknowledges customer transactions with appropriate documentationEnters appropriate inventory information into the computer in a timely and accurate mannerDelivers parts as necessary (including to vessels)Codes approves, processes and researches vendor invoices for paymentPerforms other duties as assignedThis is an exciting time at ConGlobal and we're growing our team!
