We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.SummaryThe Parts Clerk will be responsible for recording and maintaining accurate parts inventory in the warehouse, VPC line, and PIO locations, using Excel spreadsheets and the VELES & AMOS systems. Responsible for scanning and placing the appropriate parts into the vehicles as they come into PIO.Responsibilities & Essential FunctionsPrimary
- Accurately record daily parts inventory counts in the warehouse, VPC line, and PIO locations
- Use Microsoft Excel to record the parts inventory counts on given spreadsheets to send to management and suppliers
- Report parts shortages/issues to the Parts Supervisor for further evaluation
- Use the VELES inventory system (parts receiving, parts transfer, and parts adjustment) to make proper entries in order to maintain inventory accuracy
- Use the proper receiving process for inventory counts for incoming shipments into the VELES and Glovis' AMOS systems
- Assist in PIO cage when needed
Secondary
- Brochure inventory maintenance
- Maintain proper inventory levels of all printed brochures and other relevant paper goods, including owner manuals
- Notify the corresponding supplier for additional stock as needed

QualificationsSkills
- Proficient PC skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, database management systems (VELES, AMOS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and highly organized
Education & Experience
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Must hold a valid Driver's License
