Job Description:
The Parts Clerk oversees the fulfilment of the following customer requests. You oversee the Spare Part quotation, Purchase Order processing, Order Status and Warranty claims for specific equipment used in the automation industry.Part of this process is also to process invoice requests and other supply chain tasks as deemed necessary.You should be able to analyze, monitor, and resolve all parts requests from customers. Create, monitor and correct invoices as required. Your military skills should give you the ability to use a computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Familiarity of SAP Enterprise software is a plus.You will engage with internal and external customers across the company and you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have the ability to multitask and quickly change the focus of attention.Lastly, you should have the ability to read write and interpret detailed information with a high degree of accuracyHourly plus overtime.
