Parts Counter Person – White's Honda Toyota of Lima

You Bring:

• A desire to learn and grow in the automotive industry (Personal Growth)
• A strong work ethic and ability to tackle challenges with a smile, backed by team support
• Basic communication, reading, and computer skills—don't worry, we'll help you level up!
• A willingness to learn new tech and repair techniques (you'll get hands-on with some of the coolest cars around!)
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred, but not required)
• A valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• The ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds (we like to stay active!)

No experience? No problem! We'll provide full training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed, with plenty of opportunities to shift your career into high gear.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $45,000 - $50,000 annually
• Flexible schedules: Monday through Saturday, with every other weekend off
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (your choice!)
