Job Summary:Responsible for purchasing and maintaining OEM parts room, including daily inventory updates and inputs to computerized management systems.Summary of Essential Job Functions:
  • Referencing and ordering parts as needed.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices.
  • Maintain standard/OEM parts room and budget.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure accuracy of parts available.
  • Conduct an annual physical inventory.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the parts room and stocked items.
  • Must know/understand Asset Essentials and or CMMS software
  • Detail orientated with advanced Microsoft Excel experience
Specific Responsibilities Relating to Food Safety, Legality, and Quality:
  • Purchase and stock FDA-rated lubricants.
  • Purchase and stock acceptable material for equipment parts and replacement (i.e., stainless steel, UHMW, etc.).
Abilities RequiredPossess good communication and computer skills. Able to follow written and verbal instructions in a timely manner. Able to work effectively with all employees.
