Job Description:A New Car Dealership is seeking a Parts Counter Person. Are you a person who enjoys helping other people and a team player? As a parts salesperson, you will work as a member of our parts team to facilitate our service team members as well as customer request. You have an ability to grow and advance within our company. This Full-Time Parts Retail Sales Associate drives sales through superior customer service and provide same service to our internal employees. The Parts Sales Associate will perform daily assigned duties and remain compliant with company policies and procedures on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers and assist them in finding the parts they are looking for.
- Provide customers with New Vehicle Accessories knowledge.
- Assist with inventory management and make sure all parts are correctly stocked on a daily basis.
- Assist inventory audits on a regular basis.
- Inspect return parts from customers to find defects and immediately return them to factory or vendors.
- Help customers to find resolutions of their problems and come up with creative solution.
- Help Parts Manager to operate the parts department.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Work on Weekend
- Friendly, willing to learn and personable
- Ability to communicate with customers and team members
- Work in a fast-paced environment
Position Preferred:
- Parts sales experience
- Two to Three years of Parts experience in a dealership
