HOLT Truck Centers in North Austin is looking for a full time Parts Counter Salesman. An integral and vital part of the customer service experience is the manner in which parts personnel interact with our customers. This position is crucial to achieve the highest customer satisfaction by performing his / her duties in accordance with current OEM practices and our company's procedures.Benefits:

Description of Employment:
- Assis and help all customers, through the front counter or on the phone
- Find the correct parts in a professional and efficient manner
- Inform the customer of our entire product line and offerings to ensure they find the right part at the right price
- Set up orders for either daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up for charge and cash accounts
- Go the extra mile to help locate any out-of-stock parts from outside vendors or submit an emergency order, if necessary, to help communicate an order
- Complete all training programs required
- Keep organized records of all repair orders, invoices, and special orders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
- Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and physical exam
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
