Truck Enterprises, Inc. along with Kenworth Sales Co., a 32-location Kenworth and Isuzu truck dealership group, is looking for 1st and 2nd shift Parts Delivery Driver to join our Manassas, VA team. This is an entry to a very rewarding career working with the two best truck products in the world.

Job Summary:Handle internal and external customer requests for parts purchases, both in person and on the telephone.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Wait on customers or mechanics at parts counter or on phone.2. Research customers' requests and needs where necessary and determine correct part(s) needed.3. If part(s) is in stock produce invoice from computer system. If not in stock and customer wants to order, create Purchase Order and process orders.4. Checking in orders and receiving Purchase Orders in the business system.5. Assisting with inventory and core returns to vendors, including pulling, packing, and shipping.6. Restock shelves and maintain parts bins, i.e., rearranging parts, cleaning, labeling, etc.7. Delivery of parts to customers as the need arises.8. Assist with annual parts inventory physical count, to include actual physical counting of parts, tallying of counts, etc.9. Assist Parts Manager with miscellaneous tasks.10. Complete all required job related training.Qualifications:Ability to read, write and comprehend English instructions and informationHigh School Diploma or Equivalent2 years heavy duty truck parts experienceMechanical aptitude desirableMinimal computer aptitude desirableComputer terminal data input, 10 key calculatorUnderstanding of office procedures, to include filing, correspondence, basic accountingKnowledge of bills of lading, freight bills, heavy and medium duty diesel truck partsExcellent organization and communication skills.
