The Nielsen Automotive Group is in search of an Parts Counterperson/Wholesale Parts Specialist. As a Parts Counter/Wholesale Parts Specialist, you will manage/sell parts to all available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone and mostly to outside vendors as well as aid in enhancing our customers' experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of wholesale parts to all customers and vendors. Ensure that everyone receives prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.
• Take ownership of all customers' experiences by carrying out additional duties that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures positive outcomes and continued growth

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
