In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories. The ideal candidate willhave a passion for automobiles, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet all customers (retail and shop) warmly and assist all in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Reviews service repair order estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
  • Utilizes electronic parts catalog systems and other resources to accurately identify automotive parts.
  • Reviews all wholesale customer requests to make sure the parts are ordered and priced correctly and provide wholesale parts customer with delivery dates.
  • Collaborates with other team members, including sales associates, technicians, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicates effectively with other departments to coordinate special orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
Education and/or experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including components, brands, and compatibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems and electronic parts catalogs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new automotive technologies and products.
