Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate to customers the status of their order
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
- Be able to read and understand the electronic parts catalog
- Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders as necessary
- Assist in the collection of payments from customers
- Be willing to work some Saturdays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year work experience with GM auto parts sales
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- OE Connection, Collision Link, Repair Link, My Price Link experience a plus
- Auto Mate DMS experience a plus
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
