Parts Jacksonville , Florida Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **15.00** PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Parts Driver drives the company parts truck for the purpose of pickup and delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide customer satisfaction and represent the dealership in a professional manner.

* Provide safe, fast and efficient deliveries and pick ups for wholesale customers.

* Sweep the floors and empty the trash on a regular basis in the Parts Department.

* Keep warranty parts tub empty.

* Assist the Parts Manager in checking in parts and restocking the merchandize.

* Responsible for collecting monies with accuracy and turning in all money and paperwork from wholesale customers to the cashier.

* Corresponds with Title Administrator in organizing bank and tag agency deliveries.

* Make sure the parts truck is safe and clean at all times.

* Match part numbers on all counter tickets to parts for wholesale delivery. (VERY IMPORTANT)

* Match all part numbers to invoices from other vendors when you pick up parts.

* Keep personal phone time limited to breaks and lunch hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Have a valid Florida driver license with under 3 points.

* Have good number skills

* Be an effective communicator

* Have good people skills

* Have a sense of urgency in following directions and meet deadlines

* Be a team player

* Must be able to pass a Background and MVR check

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The Parts Driver will normally work from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. S/he must be able to adjust to a variable fast or slow environment. S/he must be able to bend, stoop, and lift within the parameters of the responsibility of the job. You will work closely with the Parts Counterpersons.
