TR Machinery exclusively holds the full-line Fendt franchise for Shropshire, Cheshire, Mid Wales and Staffordshire, along with a full range of complementary machinery from leading manufacturers. We also sell a wide range of parts, workshop tools, and sundries.TR Machinery is a new, passionate dealership with a vision to offer exceptional customer service. We are moving into new state-of-the-art premises in Newport, Shropshire this year and are looking for people to join the team who are passionate about the agricultural industry.As an Agricultural Parts Manager, you will be expected:Facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the parts department in conjunction with other departments.Manage the parts staff at the new Newport depot.Promote and encourage the profitable sale of all parts stock in a friendly and pleasant manner.Ensure safety of stock and maintain correct and efficient records.Deal with all enquiries, orders, and queries received (written/telephone/verbal) quickly and efficiently, providing good service at all times.Work hours: 8am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, weekend days by department rota.The ideal candidate will have:A good knowledge of agricultural parts and machinery, or equivalent knowledge in a similar field like plant, access equipment, HGV, or the motor trade.Previous management experience.Excellent customer service and communication skills.An eye for detail, accuracy, and data entry.Computer literacy.If you would like to apply, please send your CV to or call 015#######5 to speak to Emma for more details.All applications are treated in strictest confidence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
