- Basic computer knowledge, typing and 10 key required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and outlook.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to communicate via phone, email, web, text message.
- Multitask, highly organized, detail oriented.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Help other departments, work as a team and independently of direct supervision.
- Storis, Sales force, dispatch track, Fed Ex knowledge preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate a radio frequency (RF) scanner.

Physical Requirements:
- Requires the ability to maneuver in confined and at times congested areas.
- Requires manual dexterity, the ability to sit for long periods, grip, bend, stoop, twist, walk, reach, use a box knife, and use ladder/step stool for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
- Requires continual use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
- Requires the ability to lift, lower, push and pull, and operate a hand truck with all sizes of boxes and merchandise up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Requires the ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs. of force to maneuver merchandise for parts verification, with assistance.
