  • Support Spare Parts Order Management with misc. tasks and projects
  • Become familiar with our SAP systems and understand our warehouse and plant set-up from a logistics perspective
  • Work with TLSNP Material Planning on getting updates for parts on the aged order report
  • Review departmental training information and processes - work with MS Visio to update older processes in collaboration with TLSN team members and TLSN management
  • Participate in distributor calls/meetings and assess options for improved collaboration
  • Become familiar with RRSA business culture and practice professional communication
  • Keep management informed on current workload, issues and future assignments
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
  • Adhere to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality
  • Maintain professional relationships with company employees, clients and customers, both internal and external
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions both internally and externally
  • Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code Of Conduct.
  • Perform special projects as required.
What You'll NeedRequired:
  • Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Business or Supply Chain Management and having completed a minimum of one year of college
  • An outstanding academic performer 3.0 / 4.0 GPA or equivalent academic requirement
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others
  • Good organizational, planning and follow-up skills
  • Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
