This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management software. Reports to the maintenance coordinator, leads and maintenance manager in that order. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities NBSP; **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- **Inventory Management **: Maintain accurate inventory records, including parts received, issued, and stock levels.
- **Ordering and Receiving **: Order parts and supplies as needed, receive incoming shipments, and verify accuracy.
- **Stock Organization **: Organize and label parts in the parts room for easy access and retrieval.
- **Computer Skills **: Utilize inventory management software to track parts and generate reports.
- **Support Maintenance Team **: Assist maintenance personnel in locating and acquiring necessary parts for repairs. Also perform maintenance duties and support the EHS manager and Production as needed.
- **Audits and Inspections **: Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Also to perform plant wide checks to keep the team ready for independent required audits.
- **Safety and Cleanliness **: Maintain a clean and safe parts room environment, adhering to safety protocols.
**Minimum Experience/Education Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with inventory management and/or maintenance software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Physical Demands
