Using industry standards, practices, and equipment; repairs and maintains gasoline/diesel powered light vehicles and heavy equipment. Upon receipt of oral or written instructions from supervisor, employee exercises judgement as to work method, practices and equipment required to complete the job. Is responsible for the acquisition of miscellaneous parts and supplies from area venders. RequirementsMust pass a physical and drug screenSalary and BenefitsBC/BS insurance (County pays for single coverage and 76% of family monthly premium) and state retirement both effective on hire date.Fourteen paid holidays per yearSick & annual vacation time is accrued from date of hire.
