Title: Parts Sales Representative

Location: Fully Onsite in Manheim, PA

Duration: Permanent Work/Direct Hire but it is an hourly wages role

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, permanent position with benefits

Purpose:

The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories within the parts department. This role also includes in-store customer service, promoting the organization, and maintaining stock.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products/services to meet customer needs.
• Project a positive image of the company in all interactions with customers and team members.
• Provide Service Technicians with necessary parts.
• Verify and receipt incoming parts shipments accurately.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls courteously and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department.
• Follow up on parts shortages and expedite issues as needed.
• Organize stock-ordered parts in assigned bin locations in a timely manner.
• Assist in showroom merchandising and inventory delivery.
• Support the maintenance of departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Participate in loading and unloading trucks.
• Take ownership of assigned duties as designated by the supervisor.

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Basic data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Knowledge of agricultural and lawn equipment parts and machinery.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to use computer applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $19/hr to - $22/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
