These locations supply sales, service, and parts to the on-highway, power generation, oil/gas, construction & industrial, mining & quarry, and marine markets. The company's 550 team members include over 220 highly trained service technicians. Your key responsibilities:

• Engage retail customers in friendly and positive fashion.
• Help customers in identifying required parts while suggesting other companion items, and company specials.
• Answer calls or walk-in customer providing price estimates. Process orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up at counter
• Use system to identify parts availability in warehouse, transfer from another location or source from an outside vendor.
• Keeps accurate records of special-order parts and open tickets.
• Proactively contact customers providing updated information regarding the status of their order.
• Assists outside sales representatives with their orders.
• Makes recommendations regarding inventory and pricing to minimize lost sales.
• Occasional driving is required for this role.
