We believe in work life balance and offer benefits that start on day 1.Requirements:What's the job?Generator Parts SpecialistResearch, accurately quote, purchase and organize generator replacement parts for internal service team and external customers.Proactively sell residential generators by cultivating and developing relationships with contractors and end-users.Assist walk-in and phone-in customers by cross selling, answering questions, resolving concerns and providing general customer service related to parts, rentals, and residential generators.Ensure organization and cleanliness of the Parts department.Serve as the primary contact for all shipping and receiving including ordering, tracking, and problem resolution.Responsible for annual inventory management for assigned warehouse location, including inventory maintained in Technician vehicles.Provide accurate, efficient, and timely quoting and invoicing of parts and residential generators.Develop and maintain proactive and meaningful relationships with vendors.What's needed?Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred2+ years of experience in a high-volume parts department or relevant generator technical experienceExperience with material/enterprise resource planning (MRP/ERP) software is preferredExperience with shipping courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) software is preferredWhat's in it for me?Medical Insurance401k OptionsDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort Term Disability InsuranceAccidental Death & Dismemberment InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Voluntary Accident InsuranceVoluntary Critical Illness InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Volunteer TimePaid HolidaysPI8575e85dac04-35216-#######7
