- Collaborate with the Service Department and the Branch Manager to ensure smooth communication and confidence in the parts sales process.
- Handle Incoming Calls by providing price quotes and additional information as needed.
- Manage Parts Inventory – look up, locate, and stock parts efficiently.
- Maintain Store Inventory Processes, including handling truck deliveries and organization.
- Ensure Accurate Invoicing for all transactions.
- Drive Business Development by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.

Qualifications We're Looking For:
- 2-3 Years of Experience with industrial equipment parts.
- Knowledge of Hydraulic Pumps, Cylinders, Valves, and Hoses is essential.
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage and track information effectively.
- Detail-Oriented and Highly Organized with a commitment to accuracy.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a DOT physical, including drug screening.
