FACILITY & SAFETY Maintains standards of health, safety, hygiene and security in the work environment. Maintains housekeeping of warehouse. Ensures the workplace health and safety requirements are met, take responsibility for the security of the building and stock, and runs shift with safety and efficiency as priorities. PURCHASING Ensures quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met. Responds to field communication, locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. Administers on-line purchasing systems. Prepares and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. TOOLS, FLEET & INVENTORY Maintains records of goods ordered and received, log all rentals into the rental log and follow up with foreman on status.
