We are currently seeking a skilled Parts Specialist / Warehouse Coordinator.
**Position Summary:**
As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, purchasing and inventory control. You will need to preform in a fast paced, time sensitive environment and communicate effectively with vendors and employees.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure shipping and receiving processes are followed.
* Purchase order creation and processing.
* Working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration parts and ability to research various vendors to purchase parts.
* Establish relationships with vendors.
* Maintain proper inventory levels and complete inventory audits as required.
* Maintain a clean and organized working space.
* Operate sit-down forklift when necessary.
**Requirements:**
* 1+ years of inventory management and/or parts purchasing is preferred.
* Knowledge of HVAC/R parts is a plus
* Excellent attendance and able to work over-time hours if needed.
* Solid working knowledge MS Office applications and ability to learn new software.
* Detail oriented, self-starter with time management and organizational skills.
* Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
* Valid drivers license.
* Ability to operate a sit-down forklift
* Able to use various electric and manual hand tools
