Job Summary: The Front of House Staff and Party Host will be responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable and safe experience at our facility. This role includes hosting parties, assisting with events, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating a fun atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the facility.
- Host and facilitate parties and events, ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience.
- Set up and clean up party areas before and after events.
- Assist with the organization and execution of facility activities and events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including restocking supplies and sanitizing equipment.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding facility activities, rules, and safety guidelines.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the facility manager.
