• FRENCH & ENGLISH SPEAKING PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT (JFK Airport)Starting Pay: $23.54/hr.
JOB ESSENTIALS:
- Ticketing, verifying guest documentation, guest check-in and guest assistance.
- Perform gate management, make announcements regarding flight activity, and baggage service.
- Operate a computerized reservation system.
- Assist unaccompanied minors and special needs guests.
- Complete daily reports and other assigned duties
- Work in a team environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English & French.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, have a High School Diploma, GED, or six months of customer service experience.
- Must be able to work flexible weekdays, weekend, and holidays.
- Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds.
