- Assisting with menu development: Helping the pastry chef plan and execute the pastry menu
- Preparing Pastries: Assisting with the preparation of pastries and desserts using standard recipes
- Baking: Baking advanced pastry items with consistent quality
- Maintaining Inventory: Maintaining accurate inventory and pars of all products produced by the pastry team
- Measuring Ingredients: Measuring and mixing ingredients
- Regulating Temperatures: Regulating cooking temperatures and monitoring baking times
- Cleaning: Maintaining station cleanliness and organizing all areas of the kitchen
- Following Standards: Adhering to food safety standards and health and hygiene standards
- Decorating: Decoratingn pastries
