Biotech Patent Agent - New York

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm. seeking an experienced Biotech Patent Agent for its Intellectual Property and Technology group in New York. The salary for this position is between $155,000 to $250,000.

Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years of patent prosecution and drafting experience relating life sciences.
• Experience in evaluating and managing patent portfolios and due diligence investigations.
• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Biochemistry [advanced degree preferred].
• USPTO admission is required.
• Strong academic credential with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
