Patent Agent - Ph.D. Chemistry

Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking an experienced Patent Agent for its Life Sciences practice for its Silicon Valley, New York or Washington DC offices. The salary for this role is between $112,500 to $250,000.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life sciences patent prosecution experience.
• Ph.D. in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry, or M.D. is required
• USPTO admission is required.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
