Patent Litigation - EE/CE/ME/Physics
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a patent litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience for its Intellectual Property practice in New York. The salary range for this position is between $260,000 to $365,000 and may vary depending upon a range of factors.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of patent litigation experience within a law firm, including district court litigation.
- ITC and PTAB experience is also preferred. experience before the International Trade Commission and Patent Trial and Appeal Board is preferred.
- Background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics.
- USPTO admission is required.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- New York bar admission is required.
- Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
