Patent Docket Specialist - REMOTE

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a FULLY REMOTE Patent Docket Specialist for a national law firm. This is a Direct Hire position, REMOTE, full benefits, and competitive compensation (up to $95K+)

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

• At minimum 5-10+ years of Patent Docketing experience
• Experience with Foundation IP is a MUST
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property rules and regulations in jurisdictions worldwide
• Review and clear US and Non-US IP prosecution docket
• Prepare docket reports for attorneys, staff and clients
• Update existing docket entries and review work product to ensure quality control
• Review and analyze docketing requests and associated documents and accurately calculate critical dates and related deadlines
