We are seeking dependable candidates who are able to handle back-to-back calls with limited breaks throughout the day, as this is a high-volume call center.Envera Health's Patient Access Coordinators work collaboratively with several health organizations & clinics to schedule patient appointments and provide patient support over the phone in a call center environment.This is a remote (work from home) position. (75+ calls/shift - Call Center)Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols.Gather & input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system.Report complex clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/client partner.Document call activity, outcomes, and other notes as needed in the client system.Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the goals and objectives of the department.Assist callers and navigate them to the appropriate resources.Must meet attendance and performance standards.The starting wage for this entry-level position is: $16.00/per hour (non-negotiable), with the ability to obtain additional Monthly Bonuses based on attendance & performance.The pay scale for this position is $16.00 - $19.50 per hour.Required Qualifications:Customer/patient service skillsExperience handling a high volume of inbound callsExcellent communication skills over the phoneStrong Internet Speed & access to router via Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload)Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare exposureExperience using an EMR and scheduling softwareExperience in EPIC systemCall Center experienceAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detailThis position has a variable shift start time & end time, where the employee may be asked to come in 30 mins later or leave 30 mins earlier.About Us:Envera Health is an engagement services partner committed to making healthcare better.
