Patient Access Improvement ManagerThe Faculty Practice Group's Patient Access Center team plays an important role in advancing projects related to the identification, development, analysis, and optimization of performance in the Faculty Practice Group (FPG), which consist of more than 80 faculty practices and specialty sites, the Montefiore Patient Access Center, Digital Transformation, Training, and Professional Services.The role of the Patient Access Improvement Manager will include monitoring of overall performance and key decision-making that have major implications for multiple high-visibility improvement projects that focus on patient access. This role will require leadership experience to drive the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the department and that will align with overall overseeing and implementing a broad range of projects designed to support growth, productivity and operational improvements for the FPG. The Patient Access Improvement Manager will have ultimate accountability for the successful implementation timelines and costs related to each initiative undertaken.The Patient Access Improvement Manager will liaise regularly with key partners internal and external to Montefiore. With internal partners, the Patient Access Improvement Manager will serve as the business relationship manager for the FPG Patient Access Center, responsible for continuously building the relationship with both internal and external referral partners for specialty and primary care areas.It is imperative that the incumbent must be proficient in the fundamental concepts of project management, ambulatory practice operations, performance improvement, advanced critical thinking and outcomes measurement.
