Job DescriptionWork Schedule: This is a part time, 0.5 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m and every other weekend 7:45 AM -5:00 PM. Holiday and on-call rotation is required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Be part of something remarkableBring your excellent customer service skills to the #1 hospital in Wisconsin.We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory to: Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and register or admit patients. Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Required Associate's Degree in Business, Finance.
