Job DescriptionAtlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Patient Access Representatives in the Patient Access Dept at Morristown Medical Center to work Mon-Thur = 9a-5p, Fri 7a-3p with required Saturday rotation. Summary:The Patient Access Representative (PAR) plays a vital role in the patient and family experience, serving as an initial point of contact within our health system. Additionally, the registration activities including securing accurate information, interpreting and communicating patient responsibility and accurate patient identification are essential for the financial and operational success of the organization. The PAR is expected to greet customers with a smile and address customers by name in a courteous, respectful and professional manner; and attempts to resolve customer questions and concerns.
