Patient Access Representative
Howard County Medical Center invites applications for the position of Patient Access Representative at its location in St. Paul, Nebraska. The Patient Access Representative registers patients, conducts patient interviews, explains patient bill of rights, and collects patient signature on appropriate forms. This position is also responsible for explaining hospital policies, financial responsibilities, and collects co-pays. This individual will serve as a backup to answering phones and transferring calls for the facility.
Position Hours: 4 days a week 7:30am - 5:30pm with a rotating day off, and every 5th Saturday 7:45am - 12:00pm
