Patient Access Specialist , working in

- Managing insurance and billing: They contact insurance companies for coverage verification, preapprovals, and handle billing issues.
- Handling administrative duties: This involves processing payments, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Experience Required for Your Success- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to answer a high volume of inbound calls in an efficient manner
