You will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle and be part of an outstanding leadership team. While we do provide training, a sound understanding of leadership principles will help this person succeed.QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PATIENT ACCESS SUPERVISOR
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a medical field, or a technical college degree related to medical practices desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Medical Terminology
- 3 years previous experience in medical patient access, verification of benefits and/or call center, and the following are strongly preferred: commercial and government insurance ID cards, workers' comp registration requirements, training staff, writing procedural documentation, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (including formulas).
- Valid and current Wisconsin Driver's License required
