About The Career:

* The Patient Access Trainer will be responsible for conducting new hire orientation and continued training for existing staff. This position will work to ensure patient care excellence is achieved and will be responsible for training new hires and current staff in patient access roles on proper check in and scheduling procedures in accordance with established protocol.

All About You:

* High school education required.

* Three years of clinical experience and clinical scheduling preferred.

* Previous experience with training preferred.

* Customer Service experience preferred

* Computer skills required: Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint as well as understanding of Electronic Health Record as it pertains to Patient Access.

* Ability to effectively communicate, verbally, and non-verbally, in a clear, concise manner.

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
