We work hard every day to be a place of healing, caring and connection for patients and families in the community we call home.Job Summary:Under the supervision of the Patient Access Supervisor: Is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Patient Access department by assisting the Patient Access Supervisor in overseeing the registration workflow in the Outpatient DepartmentQualifications:Education: High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferredExperience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a Patient Access role, with a strong understanding of patient registration is required. Prior experience in Outpatient Registration is strongly desired. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
