Provides general operational management, analysis, and training of departmental processes within Patient Access. Ensures efficient and appropriate utilization of operations, training, quality, and data management. Provides high-level and efficient administrative support to the Patient Access Manager. Demonstrates competence, knowledge, skill, and experience. Preserves the confidential nature of information and maintains and promotes cordial staff and guest relations. Assists in the development and management of the Patient Access operating and capital budget. Supports and maintains UT Health San Antonio policies, protocols, values, and guest relations.
