We are looking for a caring, experienced Patient Advocate who is a master at multi-tasking and loves to help make patients feel welcome upon arrival. The primary responsibilities will be scheduling, answering phones, and other duties including patient online inquiries.HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pmResponsibilities include but not limited to:* Calling/Scheduling patient appointments* Sending/Receiving Medical Records* Patient Check-in/Check-Out* Answering PhonesSkills & Requirements* High school diploma or equivalent required* 2 years of medical administrative experience required* Proficiency in keyboarding skills and experience with electronic medical records* Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA requirements* Bilingual-Spanish a PLUS!The Prelude Network is part of Inception Fertility, a family of patient-centered, tech-enabled brands that together seek to redefine the fertility patient experience.
